My humble attempts at art should be up soon, but being a perfectionist, I would still like to aim for quality over quantity pertaining to future deviations.
Quality of course requires some patience, especially for a beginner imo.
Sorry for the "watch-whoring" as I found out it is seemingly called.
If my watching bothers you in any way, simply inform me politely and I will of course unwatch you.
I certainly do not mean any harm.
On that note, I have concluded that first and foremost I should start to set up my page.
A rough chronological to-do list might look something like this:
_____Setting up some favorites and wishlist items.
_____See if any of my friends have Deviant Art pages and if so, of course add them as such.
_____Figure out what to put in the webcam portion of the page.
_____Work on and put up my first piece of work, my 50x50 pixel avatar.
_____Work on and put up my second piece of work, my Deviant ID.
_____Start work on my first piece of hopefully bearable art to put in the gallery.
_____Set up a featured deviation after a few pieces of gallery work have been submitted.
To give a fair warning, most if not all of my work will be oriented towards an anime-esque style.
It is simply what I enjoy, and drawing what you enjoy surely can lead someone to great work.
This is what I believe.
My art skill as of now is truthfully less than zero.
This is part of what intrigued me to re-start my Deviant Art page; to chronicle my inevitably long journey from absolutely horrible artist to hopefully something people can call noteworthy.
Wish me luck everyone, and thank you for your possible future support.
Lol.
